During the weekend 1st and 2nd October 2005 a very popular event will take place in Granville : the 3rd Shell-fishes Festival.

 
The festival is an opportunity for walking around the picturesque fishing harbour and in a 2000 m2 indoor exhibition area to discover (or re-discover) seafood products and the different fishing jobs as well as meeting actors of the fishing industries. During the festival, Normandy Chefs will have a cooking show where people can taste the culinary seafood of the region. More than 25,000 people attended last years Festival.
