Partners:
1. National Institute of Aquatic Resources (DTU Aqua), Denmark, 6. SINTEF, Norway; 2. Norwegian Institute of Fisheries and Aquaculture (NIFA), Norway; 7. AZTI, Spain.
The objectives of the project are:
- To define the vocabulary for the “shall elements” in the existing Tracefish standard so it can be easily used in the whole fishery industry in practise.
- To add and define new information elements from the results of other RTD pillars in the Seafoodplus project.
- To develop a Good Traceability Practice (GTP) guideline ‘manual’
This will be carried out by using the existing knowledge and combining it by implementing traceability in different chains in the sector, covering both the differences in product types and regional differences in Europe.
