Executive Management Team

The Executive Mangement Team (EMT) will be responsible for the ‘day-to-day’ management of SEAFOODplus. The EMT will consist of the Coordinator, Secretariat manager, Financial manager and one representative from each of the RTD- and ITD teams respectively. The EMT will have regular meetings to discuss the progress of SEAFOODplus, making decisions, preparing the various meeting of the Council, ITD team and RTD team.
